退換貨政策 

  • 退換貨說明

    store.muluoffice.online(以下簡稱「我們」、「本網站」或「線上商店」)除了瑕疵品與品項出錯的狀況以外,恕不接受(1)因商品與官網照片有落差或商品材質、質感與想像認知不同要求退換貨。(2)因個人因素、喜好或尺寸不合等原因要求退換貨。請務必考慮清楚並確認過該訂單之所有商品再購買,訂單成立後即表示您同意相關購物規範。 

  • 瑕疵品退換貨處理
    在商品包裝寄送前我們都會仔細核對每一筆訂單與檢查商品的狀況及外觀,如不小心寄錯商品或在檢查時疏漏了商品細部的瑕疵,請在收到商品後 7 日內透過電子郵件或 Instagram 訊息告知我們,並以快遞或郵局掛號寄回本店。退回商品必須維持原樣(出版品無摺頁、撞傷或畫線、商品維持整潔、吊牌包裝皆完整),若是退回商品經由本店判定有明顯使用痕跡,恕無法退換貨。

  • 退款說明

    瑕疵品和品項出錯的商品,我們將會負擔寄回的運費,並將款項退還給您。貨物收回並確認無誤後,信用卡付款者,我們將在 7 個工作天內,透過信用卡刷退;ATM 轉帳者,我們將在 7 個工作天內,以轉帳方式退款至您提供的銀行帳戶。若因換貨產生差額,將會通知您以 ATM 轉帳支付差額後,再將商品送出。

Return and exchange policy

  • Return and exchange instructions

    Except for defective items or wrong items shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for (1) discrepancies between the product and the official website photos, or differences in material, texture, and perceived cognition; (2) returns or exchanges requested due to personal factors, preferences, or size issues. Please carefully consider and confirm all items in your order before making a purchase. Placing an order indicates your agreement to the relevant shopping regulations.

  • Handling of defective items for return or exchange

    Before shipping, we carefully check each order and inspect the condition and appearance of the items. If a wrong item is accidentally shipped or if there is a defect in the product details overlooked during inspection, please notify us by email or Instagram message within 7 days after receiving the item, and return it to our store by post. The returned item must be kept in its original condition (unfolding, without scratches or marks, with intact tags and packaging). If the returned item is determined by our store to have obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.

  • Refund instructions

    For defective items and wrong items shipped, we will cover the return shipping fee and refund the payment to you. After receiving and confirming the returned goods are correct, for credit card payments, we will process the refund within 7 business days via credit card refund; for ATM transfers, we will refund the amount to your provided bank account via transfer within 7 business days. If there is a price difference due to an exchange, we will notify you to pay the difference via ATM transfer before sending out the replacement item.
